By accessing or using the Khatwah platform ('Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Khatwah reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
To use certain features of the Service, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration, keep your account credentials secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
All bookings are subject to availability. Cancellation policies vary by space type and are displayed at the time of booking. Refunds for cancelled bookings are processed according to the applicable cancellation policy. Khatwah reserves the right to cancel bookings in cases of force majeure or facility maintenance.
All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. Payments are processed through our authorized payment provider, MyFatoorah. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge the specified amount. A service fee may apply to certain transactions.
You agree to use the coworking spaces respectfully, maintain cleanliness, follow building rules, respect other members' privacy and quiet working environments, and not engage in any illegal or disruptive activities on the premises.
All content on the Khatwah platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Khatwah or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Khatwah provides the Service 'as is' and makes no warranties regarding availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khatwah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
