1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: full name, email address, phone number, and company name during registration. When you make payments, our payment processor (MyFatoorah) handles your payment card details — we do not store card numbers. We also collect booking history, access credential usage, and device information automatically.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to process bookings and payments, provide access credentials (QR codes, PINs) for booked spaces, send booking confirmations and reminders via email, improve our services and user experience, comply with legal obligations, and communicate service updates.

3. Data Sharing

We share your data only with: MyFatoorah (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), and building management as necessary for access control. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Booking records are retained for accounting and legal compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

5. Your Rights

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you have the right to access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, withdraw consent for data processing, and file a complaint with the relevant authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our platform and Microsoft Clarity for session recordings and heatmaps to improve user experience. These tools may use cookies to collect anonymized usage data. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

7. Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure authentication via Supabase, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews to protect your personal information.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will take steps to delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our platform or sending an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
